• 24 RJ45/RJ11 Ports
• Up to 24x Loop Start Trunk Ports (FXO) used for analog lines from the carrier “Ports 1 -24”
• Up to 24x Analog Extension Ports (FXS) used for classic analog devices “Ports 1-24”

ShoreTel SG24A Patch Panel Details: When connected directly to a 24-port patch panel, the voice switch’s 24
analog channels map to ports 1 through 24 on the patch panel.
