The ShoreTel IP 560g is a six-line IP phone with a grayscale display, a built-in Gigabit Ethernet switch, a full-duplex speakerphone, and 8 fixed feature keys. It supports wideband audio and includes features like a headset port, message waiting indicator, and support for the MGCP protocol.
